IME and ISE main screens don't update IME#, ISE#, and grids list after data entry, only on exit and return to task #29

When an IME is entered and the user returns to the main IME screen, the list of IME's next to IME # does not update. Same for the the grid list. Exiting back to the location screen and returning causes an update. This is the same for ISE's. Also, grid list on the main IME screen runs grids all together, no spaces or commas.

should refresh activity after adding a new entry without having to back out from the form completly
