The importation of past data for view (and for IME's to add new readings/rechecks), what is the status of that? 4/4/17 #5

One of the last versions of the web-app had an export to json function. Never saw it import to the android. IME's (aka hotspots) need to have rechecks performed on them. In order to do that the Inspector (aka ECI) needs to be able to look at the past data (both from the readings table and the repair table) for that IME. While I might be the one to find an IME, an other ECI may be the one to recheck it (on a later date) and needs to be able to see the previous descriptions, values, etc. and the repair descriptions. This is so the correct area can be checked.
