official modding API #207

all you have to do is download the source code in a zip file and edit it how you wish

While AnonymousNerd is correct, and a modding api would be a bit overkill since there are not many n-modders out there, I do think that the code could be made a bit more user-friendly. Perhaps a few more comments to explain what functions do, maybe an index of tech properties, stuff like that.
