Determinism rework #234

Determinism keeps the one tech slot Determinism doesn't give 5 techs instantly Determinism now gives 1 tech when a boss is defeated Hyper determinism now gives 1 more tech when a boss is defeated Hyper determinism doesn't give 5 techs instantly Both determinism and hyper determinism are removable

I would be lying if I said I have not been forced to get determinism because of reality shifts and that killing run so making it removable would be a big deal
