Add functionality to switch basemaps

• Add basemap for openlayers
• Add google basemap

as discussed in our meeting this is the example of the change base map modal. In the example i only used two maps but we should adjust it as needed in both number of maps and spacing to ensure it scales correctly on mobile devices
