feat: florence2-ft video support #253

Motivation

Add video support to florence2-ft.
Includes adjustments on the breaking changes that will be included on florence2-ft.
Rename florence2_phrase_grounding to florence2_phrase_grounding_image.

Tests

Ran local tests against dev environment:
