Add support for other popular Lagoon services #10

TBD on the actual services we want to do but here is the list of the ones Lagoon supports: https://lagoon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/using_lagoon/docker_images/elasticsearch/

I'm guessing we will want to at least do:

Elasticsearch
MongoDB
~~Postgres~~ This was done in https://github.com/lando/lando/pull/2426
RabbitMQ
~~Varnish~~ This was done in https://github.com/lando/lando/pull/2469 cc @tobybellwood @thom8

Thanks! I don't have an example to hand with MongoDB to test on, so I'll have to make one first.

Next steps from our side are to add Lando to more example projects - maybe WP etc.

We'll also get regular Lando users to check that all usual Lando goodness works properly 😁
