When preparing the 1.0.0 release of this plugin, there was a regression with the lagoon-postgres builder

Because the builder filename didn't match the builder name - it throws an ERROR.

This PR resolves it by renaming the builder filename.

WARN ==> lagoon-postgres is not a supported service type. 
ERROR ==> Could not find a service builder called lagoon-postgres in the builder registry!

Tested locally against 3.20.x releases and current 3.21.betas
