Update Pinned Image Versions #57

Current pinned image version for mysql:8.0 doesn't have an ARM image available: https://hub.docker.com/r/bitnami/mysql/tags?name=8.0.19-debian-10-r57

If we update that pinned version, should provide better compatibility for ARM Mac users.

BTW @kraptor, I think you. can specify something like database: mysql:8.0.39 to get around this for the time being.

Deployed this version, need to update all the recipes to use it.

...I believe all recipes should now have this deployed!
