8.3 Support

Resolves #77

• Add support for PHP 8.3.
• Use the LTS release of Composer.
• Update documentation.
• Set the correct name for the PHP 8.3 example Lando file.
• There is no stable PECL package of xdebug yet that is compatible with PHP 8.3.
• Test that we can install the latest version of Composer.
• Use the latest version of the Redis extension.
• Remove erroneous favicon file.
