Multiapp handling for apps in the same dir #46

Our multiapp handling is "contextual" (https://docs.lando.dev/config/platformsh.html#multiple-applications) eg Lando will surface tooling based on the "closet" application it can find. This model works great except in the case where you have two applications with the same source.root.

We need to provide handling for this use case.
