I'm having trouble getting a map with census blocks. I've downloaded the shape files and such, need to figure out what's next. Use them in Python or Tableau?

I'd like to have a map of Tenn. with Census Blocks and locations of all the ASCs by end of month.

I've imported Census Block and other shape files into Tableau. The file Tennessee Map.twb now includes maps by Census Block Group, Census Tract, CBSA and Davidson County Edges.
