Problem in the decoder.pm file #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.perl uf-mzxml file.Raw > file.mzXML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to transform the Raw file in a mzxml file. I see the following 
error:
Invalid type 'Q' in pack at C:/strawberry/perl/lib/Finnigan/Decoder.pm line 217

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Finnigan-0.0206 on windows xp (service pack 2), with the strawberry perl

Please provide any additional information below.
