Cannot Open KML File - Githubissues

I am using Google Earth and Google Earth Plus

After downloading a track from my Garmin GPS on my home computer using 
Google Earth I then tried to share that track with my wife and myself at 
our business email accounts seperate from the computer used to initially 
download the file. My wife was able to click on the link and it openned 
correctly in Google Earth. She is just using the standard version. When I 
got to work and tried to open my link, Google Earth Plus says that it is 
could not open the file for reading? 

What simply happens is I close the message box and Google Eartyh Plus 
opens normally without displaying my track.

I am using Google Earth Plus ver. 4.3.7284.3916 (beta)

I am also using Explorer on Windows XP at all locations

Please help me correct this problem so I can open this file and continue 
using the "share track" option. I've enclosed a copy of the file I'm 
trying to open.
