NetworkLink will not refresh (only first time) #243

Which products are affected?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load http://www.gpsies.com/mapplet/networklink/GPSies.kml
2. Open in GE
3. Move the map

The first call (if you open the file) is working fine. After moving the
area, the networkLink will not refresh the new data. 

What application versions (if any) are you using?
Google Earth, Version 5.0.11337.1968. Version 4.x is working fine.

Which operating systems and browsers are affected? Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.
I found a workaround in GE. If you uncheck the checkbox left beside the
networkLink and check it again, from this moment it will work fine,
all refreshes will be done.

This works fine in 5.1.3509.4636 (beta) on Linux. The NetworkLink updates when 
the
moving the earth around stops.

I suggest this bug is marked fixed (in release 5.1)
