Network BLinks

Which products are affected?
Region-based Network links not functioning properly due to new optimizations.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://www.redtrails.com/netlinks/redtrails.kml
2. pins *blink* when zooming in, refresh link, pins show up
3. zoom out, zoom back in *blink*!

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
I expect to see pins...I don't see them, they just blink like GE really
tried to load them but the dark hand of fate wipes them away.

What application versions (if any) are you using?
5.1.3509.4636

Which operating systems (and/or relevant web browsers) are affected?
Vista
