Offer an group overview of snippet titles #28

No bug, but enhancement request.
Problem is, that it's hard to find a certain snippet once you have a bunch of 
them.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to have a grouped list of titles in order to view a certain snippet. 
Grouping should be done based on tags or categories the user can assign. Have a 
look at the scratchpad firefox extension to get an impression of the title list.

Is it affecting the Snippy chrome extension, or the SnipBin web
application?
