won't authorize with google docs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chrome extension - click "show snippets"
2. on snippet page click "save to Google Docs"
3. recommends not granting access; click "grant access"
4. error message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"This webpage is not available.
