The menu should contain the following links:

appstore link for iOS app (pending release)

Leaving this here to help get a roadmap started, let's break the below out into issues This will eventually contain links to other sections of the website, which include:

about project
links to local groups (bike coalition, people-protected bike lanes, relevant SFMTA/CALTRANS info, etc) Maybe in a page?
