category picker not matching its internal value #25

Related to #18, I think. If I select a different category and file a report, and then go to file a second one, the category picker says "Other" when collapsed, but when I select it to see all the options, it holds the previous value.

Fixed in 6a6c7076eea9866d23500b01250abadb582bdc87
