@alanecode hope you will find this version satisfying. I've created links that link to Google maps booking systems for the dates of the conference for the nearby accommodation which shows the current prices. And I've also create a table of public transport links.

Thanks a lot for looking at this. I had some software issues at the tail end of last week so am very behind on my jobs, so I very much appreciate you finding the time during your revision period.
