Admin server settings option to specify amount of planets that should be created for new registrations. This was set to 2 previously, it defaults to 1 now.
User creation refactoring.
Planet list sidebar now shows correct amount of planets.
If player only has one planet, the "planetHighlight"/"active" class is not added to planet in the sidebar. This is according to how the official games works.
[x] Update client-side notification about astrophysics level if player already has max colonies at time of departure.
[x] Send message when colonization mission arrives but astrophysics level is not high enough and thus returns.
[x] Add unittest for astrophysics research level upgrade while also sending colonize mission and check that planet update at the same time works to process both in correct order.
