Describe the bug
A Fleet + Cargo just duplicated itself.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I just send a Fleet to transport Ressources between planets.
i send 10.000 Small Cargo Ships with ressources. Once the Fleet reached its target, i had 2 Fleets coming back instead of 1.
2 times 10.000 transporter ships came back, and the ressources on the target planet got duplicated aswell.

First time this happened, never knowingly happened before
