I reckon if zendesk2 were to support this end point, it would remove a lot of reasons to parse through each ticket's events and audits, since most of the interesting information is actually preprocessed in the ticket_metrics response.

Thinking on this further, I think it would be quite apropos if ticket#metrics was how this got accessed.
