Enable category tagging #21

Allow tagging of experiences, e.g. "eating a hamburger" could be tagged as food, and "going skydiving" could be tagged as bucketlist. "Taking a trip to India" could be travel and bucketlist.

This will enable other functionality, such as displaying a food stackrank, or a bucketlist stackrank. Those features could help tailor experience recommendations, e.g. we could recommend which activities give you the biggest "bang" for whatever buck they cost. Or, we could recommend which foods people prefer most. Or, if you had a choice between traveling to Korea or Japan, all else being equal, we could tell you which trip people on average think is better.

Maybe have someone on ODesk categorize. Perhaps look at bucketlist for some ideas; or have the oDesk person do so.

Lane thinks it's easy to tag/label- maybe early on, then search and display features later.
