What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cns [tab]
2. pymol [tab]
3. rasmol [tab]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

So, AFAIK I am not using xtal package. My ~/.zsh/ is:

cache  configure_zsh_templates  use_xtal_env_NO  zdirdump  zsh_history

I've install rasmol and pymol from Fink, cns is a personal compilation to work 
with ARIA.

What I expected is once typed 'cns' and then [tab] to got a list of files of 
folders, usual 
completion not this error message above.

I just saw this today.  I'll try to come up with a fix shortly, as soon as I 
mange to reproduce it.

Does this persist if you rm ~/.zcompdump ?
