improvements to /courses/ pages #10

short term:

add link back to homepage
add github / feedback links in footer
go back to top button at bottom of page
better opengraph thing so that you get information when you copy paste a link and the little preview pops up
expand this out of its abbreviation
lost the favicon
actually parse a 404 response instead of random error

long term:

better css? looks kinda ugly ngl
add /courses/ page (that lists all courses in a subject)
