Summary: This pull request introduces a new feature that adds color mode functionality to the Chakra UI component library. It also fixes the problem with the option background color of the select element caused by the local storage variable 'chakra-ui-color-mode'.

Changes Introduced:

Added theme.ts to configure the theme.
Added ColorModeScript to page.tsx.
Added the theme parameter to ChakraProvider.
