Inconsistency in how-to guide: titles

Issue with current documentation:

When the users go to how-to guides to implement the various features of langchain in practice, sometimes the titles of the guides in the how-to section & the local guide section have different titles. This can cause confusion amongst those learning these features for the first time. For example,

Recommended to have the same descriptive titles both in the how-to section & the local guide section.

It seems that many articles are different, so it should not be an isolated case.
