[X] Bad examples used somehow (well just used in the prompt update rn)
[X] Incorporate the comments or other chat dialog
[X] Image / README / etc.

It's OK for an internal tool thing. If i were the user, I'd prefer just responding in the chat session instead of commenting in a separate feedback modal
