Transcripts IDs do not correspond with child age in Providence/ Naima #37

Transcript 5708 is at age 993 and 5709 is at 649.1875

@amsan7 I wanted to check if this was an explicit design constraint (such that this a bug) or whether this was never implemented — for tokens, id or the combination of transcript_id, utterance_id, and token_order should reflect the sequence in which the words were produced in the .cha files?
