• [x] add ORCIDs for authors
• [x] add DOI (maybe MIT press DOI?)
• [x] add CRediT taxonomy (perhaps for each chapter)

here's the quarto schema for authors: https://quarto.org/docs/journals/authors.html#author-schema it explicitly supports both ORCIDs and CRediT
