A few Ch 9 typos/formatting issues

• Figure 9.6 caption overlaps with footnote 7
• "Young et al.’s design has two factors – belief and outcome – each with two levels" in the parenthetical at the end of this sentence there's a 0 that should be an O
• in the sentence after "each treatment can be compared to control separately" the first T2 should be a T1
• "When experimental items are sampled random from a broader population" should say sampled at random
• footnote 15: plan news studies -> plan new studies
