Make native_lang default moderator in Early Language? #132

I thought we used to have default moderators, might be wrong. It would be great to always have native_lang (which I recently tried to standardize, @cissard, did you check for any new datasets, too?)

No I haven't checked for the new datasets, I'll do it today.

Done, I corrected a few errors, e.g. "and" instead of "," for bilingual groups.
