Add recommendation to cite metafor when using model results #144

It would be good to add a clear recommendation to cite metafor, because we use it for meta-analytic modelling. I'd think in citation policy and where we report the model results on the visualization would be good. Any objections?

Sounds good! You mean for everyone that uses metalab right?

I think when using the raw data without any meta-analytic models, citing MetaLab should be enough (because people might just look at stats of which method to use, or use a different way to compute meta-analytic estimates), but for everything else (i.e. visualizations, etc), metafor should be cited alongside MetaLab.

Would you like me to add that to the shiny apps? Most R packages have a BibTeX file associated with them so we can easily display the R packages that were used as well as Metalab and the data set.
