check categorization bias MA #42

@mllewis just want to make sure we don't want any default moderators or other behavior for the categorization bias MA, since the results look pretty nutty (d = 10 and -10 for some pair of studies from Markman & Hutchison, e.g.).

Fixed - I had added the moderators to the dataset.yaml file but not the spec.yaml file.
