[bacon_gendercues] using different coding methods for different participants fails the validator #120

Using different coding methods (processed eyetracking and manual gaze coding) for different participants fails the peekds validator. This behavior is most likely a bug in the validator, as the schema allows for varying coding methods.

Wait for a fix on the validator side and remove the comment that puts in "manual gaze coding" in case "video_camera" is used as the tracker.

fixed the bug in peekds and edited gendercues accordingly
