FAQ #264

@HenryMehta sorry - I rerendered the FAQ and appear to have broken it with some django syntax thing. do you mind taking a look? I am guessing our workflow has changed since the prior one was just to render FAQ.Rmd to FAQ.html.

@mcfrank I think the issue is you've got a staticfiles command which as been replaced with static. Deploying change now
