if note/timbre string(s) are unrecognizable the user should be notified with a list of all of them
if the chord completely fails maybe the generic message we have now
if they get a partial chord returned from their parameters the invalid strings should be listed as ignored
this would also include pluck in octave 9 being out of range... or that's it's own type of error?
maybe explore that concept more when we figure out sample management
