Traditionally, all chats in the botb irc channel are logged during the life cycle of an OHB, and made accessible on said OHB's page.

Currently this does not happen.

adding the battle id to log.start message to avoid problems with multiple ohbs at the same time!

the way it currently works is the logger adds the chats to all open XHBs
