old botb bot had an ohb spamlist that was messaged out when an ohb was announced
this feature is completely missing
the old list was really cluttered with people who not around anymore
probably not a bad idea to skip porting that over
also we have discord to consider
Proposed Commands:
!spamlist addme
adds user token to all formats
!spamlist addme (format)
adds user token to (format)
!spamlist delme
removes user token from all formats
!spamlist delme (format)
removes user token from (format)
!spamlist me
lists all formats subscribed to by user token
spamlist object contains all formats (and who is to be spammed)
bot needs to know if the command comes from irc or dicksword
bot needs to identify and add appropriate highlight token to spamlist object
