please add multi-sig-transaction support (2n2 tx) like they are proposed in BIP 11

can pay bounty up to $100 if supported soon (< 10 days)

That's not going to happen anytime soon, sorry. There is no upstream support for it, and implementig it is a bit above my current expertise. I'll close this issue but I'll keep it in mind ;)
