Added TxtRecord to Address #37

@nice1013 - Can you describe what this is for?

(Is this for domains that put receive addresses in their DNS as TXT records? Is there a standard/reference for this?)

Oh man. This is so long ago. I had an idea that you could pair an address with a website. Someone suggested to use the txt record. Through the multidoge wallet you'd be able to transfer to a website without having to go to it. Then if you added a URL scheme you could get really creative for payment. Though it never went anywhere. I just made it work for my copy.

It's not a bad idea... Donation use case, things where the sender really doesn't need to be known.

Hello, can I change the address of multidoge?After I install multidoge, do not make any operation, and then put my Dogecoin to this address, has not yet had time to do the operation, multidoge can‘t open for unknown reasons, I uninstalled multidoge, reinstall and found the address changed, my Dogecoin all didn't, please guidance me how to restore?Looking forward to your reply.
