Help Needed : My Doges are not spendable after 5 days of buying!! #58

Hi I have bought some doges from an exchange. the doges are shown to be on my MultiDoge balance after some hours. but spendable values are shown to be 0 after 5 days of buying my doges. when i click on my transactions details, the Status shows: " seen by 33 peers.pending/unconfirmed. " and when i click on view on dogechain.info , it says confirmed transaction! could you please tell me what is wrong and what should i do? thanks in advance.
