1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

While creating a new knowledge I would like to select the options:

Allow backwards content crawling
Allow external content links

But they are currently not available, as it seems that the new knowledge wizard uses the old v0 API.

Is there any plan to update that?
