Description

• update Ruff to 0.6.8 which fixes the missing cases of SIM910 rule (dict-get-with-none-default) from https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff/pull/13503
• manual fix 1 violation of FURB148 unnecessary-enumerate (FURB148)
