鸿蒙系统播放H265时出现闪屏 #213

之前的版本出现闪屏很频繁，但是升级到最新版本后。闪屏减少了。安卓、苹果手机播放时动很正常。

手头没有鸿蒙系统[哭]，没法复现问题呢
