work跨域与视频录制优化 #288

  1. 对decoder地址进行判断，如以http开头，则以blobUrl方式创建Worker，否则以原方式创建Worker。
  2. 引入EBML.js，对录制的视频流进行处理，解决录制视频无法seek/没有时长的问题。
