hey, I find this tool only support A/B/C , it is work for other alleles ?

Dear ljdd77,

Thanks for you to try our method!

Theoretically, NanoHLA supported other alleles, just added them to the configure file. For example:

A B C DRB1 DQB1

You can try it. If you have any questions, plz do not hesitate to contact us!
