Adds 7.3, 7.4 and 8.0 to the list of tested PHP versions.
Upgrades to Ubuntu Bionic for PHP 8.0 support.
Updates laravel-password-exposed-validation-rule to ensure PHP 8.0 support.
Updates Faker dependency for PHP 8.0 support.
Testbench had to be updated to support newer Faker versions and newer Testbench versions do not support PHP 7.1. This unfortunately had to be dropped to update.
Removed a reference to a nonexistent test directory causing test run failures.
